You are asking for some modification on the theme and not on support for its basic functions. 2. Some people expect to be spoon fed with the basics. Using Classipress requires you to have basic knowledge on Php and Wordpress in general. 3. Most of the failed install are due to not following the installation instructions. 4. Some people are just too lazy using the search function of the Classipress support forum where some known issues are already discussed and resolved. Classipress support is done through the community and so probably there are some reasons you don’t get any help, like.

I've bought the theme and now that I'm having some problems with it, they just ignore my problems. I've spent money for the domain, the hosting account and the theme.. all wasted since I can't use it. Ok, the theme is good, but the support is really bad.
